1. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOM.
2. NO FURNITURE WILL BE SHIFTED WITHOUT OUR CONSENT.
3. MUSIC AND SOUND ALLOWED IN PERMISSABLE LIMITS.
4. GLASS ITEM OR LIQOUR ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE POOL
5. REQUIRED ID PROOF AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN ALONG WITH 3 OTHERS.
6. ANY ADDITIONAL EVENTS WILL BE CHARGABLE.
7. NO ARMS & AMMUNITIONS ALLOWED.
8. ADVANCE WILL NOT REFUND IN CASE OF CANCELLATION.
9. THE INCASE OF ANY DAMAGE WILL BE CHARGED.
10. MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL THINGS.
11. IF ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, GUEST HAS TO PAY FOR THE SAME.
12. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES WILL BE ALLOWED IF FOUND THE PARTY STANDS CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND. THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT ADJUSTED DAMAGES IF CAUSED ANY.

𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲s:

1. First pays first serves as bookings demand going high.
2. Minimum 50% of the booking amount to be paid for booking confirmation and the remaining 50% should be paid during check-in at the farmhouse itself.
3. Advance amount won't be refunded in case of Booking cancellation due to any critical reasons too.
4. Need 2 Aadhar cards and Alternative number of any care taker with the host, Later you will get a confirmation message with all necessary details.
5. Refundable security deposit of Minimum: Rs. 5,000/- is mandatory during check-in to the watchman.
6. Payment through Phone pe or Google pay or Paytm is accepted.
7. Anything which is Illegal as per Govt. Guidelines will not be entertained and the customer is liable for it.
